This is truly a unique experience like no other beach house you’ve ever stayed in. Modern furnishings with a minimalistic feel and cool beach décor. You’ll feel right at home. With abundant windows, natural light pours in all day long. You can even feel more in tune with the elements and bathe outside in a privately enclosed shower. And the kids will love to escape to the loft sleeping area created just for them with books and games galore. NO SMOKING STR 382638 AMAZING SWIMMING POOL Living Area The living room has a sectional couch to lounge on while you watch the wall mounted SMART TV and visit with the chef in the kitchen. There are 2 doors opening out to the wrap around deck for sunbathing, enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails. The Living room is open to the kitchen and dining area. There is also a washer/dryer tucked away in the hallway for your convenience. FREE WIFI 2 Bedrooms The 1st bedroom has a king-sized bed and a couch for reading, watching the wall mounted smart TV (not pictured) or relaxing away from everyone else. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with ensuite bathroom and also has a wall mounted smart TV. The loft bedroom has 2 twin Ikea convertible lounge beds. 2 Bathrooms The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The ensuite bathroom has a stand-up shower. There is also a privately enclosed shower outside downstairs. Kitchen This upscale kitchen boasts all the creature comforts of home. High end gas stove and all stainless-steel appliances. You will be able to prepare many of your family meals here. This kitchen is fully stocked for your enjoyment. There is a breakfast bar with chairs and a dining table to seat 4 Pool and Outdoors Close to your door is an amazing Swimming Pool that has to be one of the nicest in Town, lots of furniture to relax on and a nice size.. The wrap around deck of the house gets lots of sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. Downstairs is a screened in porch area with BBQ grill and seating. Parking There is parking for 1 vehicle or 2 small vehicles in the driveway. There is limited overflow parking at the swimming pool.
